We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya up to Playa del Carmen, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point is at Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, you must contact us to give you the details.

Every experience unfolds in Puerto Morelos, where you can merge excitement, exploration, and personal prowess within the Mayan jungle on an eco-friendly tour. Relish a thrilling array of activities, including a zip line circuit, ATV rides, plus an engaging cenote featuring two zip lines and a jumping platform. A delightful mexican snack accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages is also part of the package.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
