I went to this tour on September 29. An ATV crashed into mine and I ended up falling from the ATV. There was no damge to the ATV but the leader told me he might charge my credit card for damage. This did not happen, but he did not allow me to receive First Aid. I was forced to continue the ATV portion of the event until we returned to the main camp. I did not receive any First Aid and filled out an incident report about how I could not continue due to an injured elbow. I was forced to wait three hours to be returned to my hotel and was not taken to a doctor or hospital, though a driver was available and I requested a return to my hotel or a hospital. The manager did not seem concerned and was upset that I did not continue with the cenote swim, tequila tasting, and eating portion of the event, which I had to sit through. I mentioned five times that I was not interested and had an injured elbow, so was unable to continue. As well, when I was fitted for the harness on the zipline event (before the ATV) I was forced to wear a size three sizes too small and it was tight and painful. I asked to be released from the harness and not continue with the zipline three times and was forced to continue. Though I was told I could stop after the second zipline, I was told they would not release me from the harness and required me to continue on the third. The staff member gave me a hard time for not wanting to continue and when I asked him to release the harness, he refused. He wanted me to perform a dangerous move that I refused on the zipline and argued with me three times about it. I requested a refund with the company and informed Viator that I did not receive First Aid, but they insisted that they spoke to the manager and that he provided First Aid, which they did not. They claimed I canceled my activities voluntarily after the injury. I would like a full refund and damages. This company should be reported to the health authority for not providing a safe environment and First Aid.

The tour was solid for sure. The zip lines were long and like cruising through the middle of a jungle. The Cenote swim was like a huge natural warm pool that had a swing and high platform to jump from. Probably the best part though was the ATV trek through the jungle. It was a muddy, tight, and fun ride for sure. The only improvement could be the lunch. I wasn’t expecting anything special but it was very simple and bland. Still worth the trip and experience. The guides are great.

We liked that we were picked up… however we were not thrilled how they didn’t list what You could bring. Water shoes would be a good start… extra change of clothes as you WILL get dirty. We did ATV riding last and I flipped mine into a mud puddle. I was asked several times if I was ok… if I wanted to stop… etc. I went back totally covered in red mud. I had a change of clothes with me, but my shoes were ruined. We could have bought water shoes there but they were as expensive as if I bought a new pair of shoes. They charge you for a locker you are required to use for your stuff. And the ATV course is not for beginners. You couldn’t enjoy riding because of the terrain.

The entire experience was amazing! Our guide Diego was extremely patient & informative. I would recommend this excursion with no reservations.
Tips… bring water shoes, if not they were $25USD at the company. It’s in the middle of the jungle.
We were in our swimsuits the entire time. Bring dry clothes. Bring money to purchase photos. Bring money because they sell all types tequila and although I don’t drink there was one that tasted just like Dunkin Donuts coffee, it was amazing! The trail was muddy so be prepared to get dirty! Enjoy!

The 5 zip lines were very short. The ATV’s were a lot of fun. Not a lot of time at the cenote’. The whole excursion seemed to be super slow. A lot of waiting. The end time was 2 hours after it should have been. Tried to sell a lot of things. Overall, it was ok, but probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
