Great experience. Everyone was cool and the photographer was on point! I forgot the names of the led our tour, but they were awesome. There was one exception. The driver that picked us up and dropped us off didn’t say anything. This was ok until on the way home, he arbitrarily stopped the van at a grocery store. We didn’t know why or what was going on. After sitting in silence for about 5 – 10 mins I asked what was going on and he said we were waiting on another group to ride with us. After about 45 minutes we started to move (no one was picked up) and we stopped again on the side of the road. Again, the driver didn’t say anything to us. He got out of the van without saying a word. We could then see he was picking up some other people that were being transferred from another vehicle. It was weird that he didn’t gives us a heads up or let us know what was going. I think he was kinda young and didn’t speak English very well. I would just recommend he offer courtesies and info when unexpected changes are happening.

Our experience with this tour was extremely fun. By the end of the tour we were super tired and ready to lay in bed! Although the tour was great there were a few things that can be improved. To start, the free water provided was NOT kept chilled and it was very hard to drink warm water throughout the tour when we were constantly active and in the sun. Lockers are free but they keep a deposit incase you lose the key. I reccommend bringing your own scarf/bandana to cover your face for the ATV or you’ll end up spending $10usd for fabric they sell. The vehicle that picks you up/drops you off has AC, but the vehicle that took us from the main area to the cenote did not and had 0 windows!! When we asked the tour guide to open the windows she joked around and did nothing to help us. There was atleast 8 people in the van and we couldn’t breathe from how hot it was. Lastly, they provide the free snack (2 tacos) at the end of the tour so I reccommend to eat beforehand or you will be hungry. They serve pork, tuna, or plain cabbage. The tacos were really good but for such a long tour I think 3-4 should be provided. Overall we had a great time and would consider doing other tours with this company!

We did the afternoon tour which was perfect – didn’t have to wake up early on vacation and you still get back around 6 before the sun sets. The tour itself was great. The ATV’s and ziplines were fun and the cenote was beautiful! Do the jumps! Maho was our tour guide and she made sure we enjoyed our day. Oh, and we made it out with no mosquito bites. Always a plus.

My girlfriend and I were in Cancun for a week and Booked this excursion just a couple days before traveling. The organizer was quick to respond with an email and the entire deal was a smooth transaction.
Our driver arrived at the resort and picked us up just a few minutes late. The ride from your hotel is a nice clean van with AC. We were luckily the only ones from our area, so we had the van to ourselves, but I believe It would be a very comfortable ride either way….This is very different from the van you will ride in when they transport you to the cenotes – That van has no AC and will be packed full of other participants…But not really a big deal because at that point you will likely already be dirty, wet and sweaty.
When we arrived at the initial drop-off site we waited for some time until all of the group had been delivered from different locations and resorts. The staff is very friendly and they perform an initial safety debrief that I found to be both informative and very funny/entertaining.
I can’t really recommend the cenotes if you’re not a good swimmer, because it can be a little daunting to dip into this bottomless pit with no swimming skill and a crappy life vest, but it’s a beautiful site to see. And if you do know how to swim I’m sure you will love swinging to the middle of the cenote and diving down into the water. The atv and zip line activities are awesome though; so even if you don’t do much cenote swimming, there’s still something for you in this tour.
In summary; this is a fun day trip if you want some adventure and exploration on your vacation. The staff is really nice, and they’re well-prepared to provide a fun and safe excursion. I do recommend the trip if you’re looking for a chance to get out and explore and are willing to get a little down and dirty. Also, make sure to drink/bring plenty of water, a bandana or face cover, and don’t bother with the bug spray or sun block as it’s highly discouraged to use chemicals that will wash off into the natural environments.

The ATV was great and the zipline was fun. However the cenote was more like a swampy green sinkhole. Don’t be fool by the advertised pictures of the cenote.
