This was an awesome activity for the whole family. My kids are 7 and 11 years old. We were all able to zipline, swim in the centote and my two kids also used the ziine into the cenote.
Amazing!!! If you’re coming to cancun with kids and want a fun filled time the this tour is a must do. Mary was an awesome tour guide who was very done to earth. We booked with Travelocity and also got some Tequila tasting. Make sure you try the “Baby Maker” unique and fantastic.

Atvs were horrible. Some had no brakes. Very old
I wouldn’t do this if it were free. Definitely do not recommend

The tour was awesome. The staff is so friendly and willing to go above and beyond! The car ride was a bit longer than expected but SO worth it. Definitely do this!! Thank you!

Diego as a tour guide was pretty good. I’ve done ATV and Zipline before and the explanations were more thorough. We were not warned how to handle getting over the larger rocks. There was no safety explanation of the ziplines and we only did 3/5. By the time I noticed we only did 3, I wasn’t able to bring it up and also felt like the workers should know this.
One of the biggest reasons I’m rating this poor is that for both ATV and Zipline you can’t bring anything on you. This is not for safety reasons as I’ve also been ziplining several times before and brought whatever equipment I desired. This purely for them to be the sole ones taking photos and then try to charge you $25 a piece.
Overall I wouldn’t do this experience again unless I got it at a discount.

I visited with a friend and we booked separately. First, it took 1 hour and 15 min to get there from our hotel which was a lot. Coming back wasn’t as long but about 45-50 min.
We only did 3 zip lines when it was advertised as 5, which was disappointing. The ATV ride was extremely bumpy. There are huge rocks and my helmet came off, which was dangerous. I also felt like they didn’t say anything on safety as far as equipment used etc. They rushed through as they had many groups.
The lunch was not impressive. You had the choice of pork tacos, tuna tacos or rice and bean tacos. The tortillas were really dry/falling apart. We bought guacamole and chips which was good. The tequila tasting was good as well.
You could not take any of your stuff on the ATV or zipline and you are forced to buy a locker. This is likely to ensure you don’t take any pictures and buy from them. I liked that they did not allow the phones on the ATV though because it was a very unsteady drive.
Diego was cool.
I would not do it again.
