What are our clients saying?
EXCELLENT Based on 1688 reviews Wilf Howard-Hill2025-02-10 Such a poor experience. Took 2 hours to get there after driving around to a bunch of other hotels, took another 30mins before got to go on quads, the quads are super restricted! The also make you buy insurance for the atv for extra $15. Then took Another 2 hours to do a cave swim then waited another 2 hours for our transport back that took another 30mins! The tour provider we went with )Amstar) said it would only take 3 hours, We were staying in secrets moxche which was super nice so didn’t want to be away for 7 hours. MrDonRicks2025-01-29 ATVing through the Mexican jungle, what a BLAST!!! Maya M2025-01-25 Great place to see. We went there as part of an excursion to Tulum. The cavern was awesome. We also had lunch there and it was probably the best, freshest food we've had on this holiday. Michael Fonseka2025-01-17 Henry, our guide was great. The location was organized, clean, and had good food. Overall experience would have received 5 stars, but IMO, they use scare/pressure tactics to buy additional ATV insurance, which I feel is a money grab. zahra sedaghat2025-01-05 We had an exciting adventure at this center, experiencing both ATV riding and swimming in a cenote. Although we had prepaid for the entire tour through Air Canada, we were informed upon arrival that an additional insurance fee of $12 USD per person was required. Without this insurance, any damage to the ATV could result in charges of up to $10,000 USD. Nearly everyone opted to pay this fee. Swimming in the cenote was equally thrilling. Some areas were so deep that you couldn’t see the bottom at all. Life jackets are provided for those who can’t swim, while inflatable jackets are available for confident swimmers. Regardless, the tour guides ensure everyone’s safety, often using flotation tubes to assist the group. The center provides lockers for your belongings, but be careful not to lose the key, as there’s a $10 USD charge for a replacement. Additionally, a professional photographer captures moments throughout the activities. At the end of the tour, you can purchase photos for $30 USD per activity or $50 USD for both activities combined. It’s worth noting that I’m not sure if towels are provided after swimming in the cenote, so bringing your own towel is a smart idea. The buffet, while limited in variety, is sufficient to satisfy your hunger after the activities. The on-site gift shop is slightly more expensive compared to other places, but the washrooms are relatively clean and even provide sanitary pads for women. The overall experience with the customer service of trip advisor was amazing. No matter the time of night or day their was someone there to help you every step of the process. My partner and I booked the excursion the night before we went on the trip. I would advise you book as early as possible because you are guaranteed direct pick up from your hotel. Since we were late to book we had to travel downtown to another hotel in Cancun. Make sure you bring snacks for the trip. It’s a half day trip but it is draining if you are not prepared. When booking the excursion make sure you book for 2 Atvs and not a shared one. We booked for 2 Atvs but when we got there they tried to put us on one Atvs. My partner and I weren’t happy with the confusion and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleared up. They let us have our own Atvs and apologized for the mix up. For the Atvs make sure you bring a towel, bandana (for smoke and debris as you ride) and bring a refillable water bottle. Make sure you wear shorts that are about knee length because the Atvs are old and can get really hot. Bring clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. The staff of the adventure were super funny and overall great instructors. I ended up crashing and damaging the arc but they were understanding and only charged me a $10 fee which was the security deposits on the locker.

The overall experience was incredible from beginning to end. I would definitely purchase this tour again, and recommend it to others.
The pick-up service was on time (they got us from our hotel),the staff was friendly and funny, the activities were fun, and lunch was tasty. I don’t have any complaints about the tour aside from maybe not being able to use your cell phone during the tours. However, they do offer photo packages that start from $60 US. I purchased the package and received about 65 pictures of my bf and I.
I’d recommend that you pack water (although water is offered); be prepared for the heat because it is really hot; maybe bring a bandana, long socks and gloves for the ATV tour because my bf and I, and other guests, got blisters on our hands and mild burns on our legs from the heat of the ATVs; and pack flip flops and towles for the cenote.

My husband and I had a great time. The trip was only a few hours so it was a perfect morning trip and we had the rest of the day to ourselves. The staff were hilarious and made us feel safe on our trip. They are very attentive and will answer any questions you may have.
