This was the most unorganized, sometimes dangerous tour I’ve been on. It started with a bus ride of about an hour to get to where we were going. Nowhere did they ever say how long it would take. The van was in such bad shape I’m surprised we made it. It started with some Mayan dancing and then we were taken to a tequila tasting, vanilla tasting and more opportunities for them to sell, sell, sell. It said lunch was included to we did not eat before we left at 12:30. They fed us at 5:00pm! It was 2 small tacos. We were there for 5 hours to go to a Cenote for 30 minutes, did 3 zip lines and they advertised 5 and then went on the most dangerous ATV ride I have ever been on. The ATVs were in horrible shape and my daughter almost flipped hers the trail was so bad. Everything was a hustle. Everyone was nice but I would never recommend this trip.

I booked this tour for my brother & I. I unfortunately couldn’t make it to Mexico so my brother went on the tour himself and loved it. I’ll definitely check it out when in Cancun

Great way to pack several things into one day. They have a great rotation for each event. All of them fun as the last. Must try!

We really enjoyed the entire tour. Our tour guide SEXY Mary was great. We had lots of fun riding ATVs, zip lining, jumping into the cenote , tequila tasting, learning Mayan history and eating delicious food.

The transportation from hotel to activity location did not follow Covid guidelines as there were many people on the vans with no spacing.
Upon arrival, we had to “wait for checkin” which was basically a ploy for us to buy merchandise, food, drink from them. The activities were advertised as 50mins each, which was a lie.
We did ATVs first and they were the most run down I’ve ever seen. We had about a dozen people in our group and I’d say at least 25% of the atvs cutoff during our route. Additionally, the atvs were not sanitized at all and the helmets were “sanitized” by placing a napkin in the top part but nothing was sprayed or wiped down – the chin straps and clasps were neglected.
Then we did the “free” tequila tasting. Another ploy to buy their crap. This was a waste of our time and not anything we signed up for and took probably 30 mins. Because they had 5 tequilas to discuss.
Then we swam in cenote which was nice and refreshing, however, we again were packed into a crowded van with no spacing. We were also rushed through the cenote and didn’t have time to really enjoy it.
Then we were also rushed through the zip lines. At this point, we were all smashed together in the trees and platforms with the guides not wearing their masks or only partially wearing them. The zip line gloves seemed somewhat clean because they had up wear disposable gloves and then the heavy duty gloves over those. But the helmets were like the atv, not sanitized.
Then we were provided a 2 taco snack, the option to purchase photos of our activities, and shuttled back to our hotels. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this business and I wouldn’t do it again.
