Had an awesome time with the exception of one small hiccup. Our driver Miguel picked us up on time and was a lot of fun to chat with. He’s very friendly and have me some great tips. Once we arrived at the location we met our tour guides. Ours was Beto. He was awesome!! We were explained all the details of the day and received instructions for each activity. They do a great job with distancing and using hand sanitizer. We started with zip lining which was fun. Then we got to the ATV which is where we had the hiccup. My wife and I paid for individual ATVs. When we started to head out hers was having issues with turning and she was not able to safely maneuver it. Neither was the staff. It was abondoned and I suggested she just come share mine. We had fun on the ride and it was all good. After we headed to the cenote and take a dip and swim. Water was amazing. We had awesome tacos after too. We asked Beto if he could check with management and us getting a partial refund back since we paid for individual ATVs which is more expensive and ended up sharing. He said he would check. He let us know after that management said no because she didn’t use ATV due to her not being able to safely operate which was not the case. We explained that the ATV was malfunctioning and it was not her. They didn’t agree and we ended up paying the $20 extra for no reason. Other than this issue we were happy with everything.

Highly recommend this tour. We were picked up promptly from our hotel. Once we arrived at our destination, we were divided into small groups. Alberto, our guide, was funny and very upbeat. The ATV course is rocky and you WILL get muddy – wear clothes/shoes you don’t care about (we were able to scrub ours clean in the hotel shower). Bring bug spray. We ended up having to buy some of their gel repellent (3 packages for $5). A bus takes you to the cenote (~5 minute trip) and back. Zip line is made up of small sections.There is also a tequila tasting and a light lunch consisting of 2 delicious tacos. Drinks were available for purchase. Entire tour was around 4-4.5 hours, including drive time.

What a great expedition for such a reasonable price!!! The ATVs were awesome! The Cenotes were beautiful (only stayed there for 30 minutes tho), and the zip lines were a fun way to seethe jungle! They did a tequila tasting and that was a happy surprise! My only complaint is that our ride from Cancun was 1.5 hours! We picked up a van of people and it felt like it took forever to get there! Buuuuut, once we were there, I was not dissapointed!

I would have rated this higher if my expectations had been different. In reading the description, I expected to start out with the 4 wheeler tour, then do some zip lining, and then cool off at a Cenote. Well, I did the 1:30 pm start time and got put in the last group, which was assigned to do things a bit differently.
I was somewhat shocked that our event started with a tequila tasting, which was really just a thinly veiled marketing thing, since all five items tasted were from the same distillery. I won’t argue with the fact that they were good products, but it was followed by a sales pitch and these were very pricey, starting at $49 and going up to $120 per bottle. It seemed really silly to serve alcohol before a driving event, but since the total quantity being served was maybe two full shots, o one was likely to get seriously impaired.
After that, we moved on the the Cenote trip. That involved a 5 minute ride down a bumpy road in a mostly dilapidated 15 passenger van with no suspension. Our guide made everyone laugh by opening the large sliding door of the van and announcing she was turning on the AC. Although the AC worked up front, it did not reach into the back, so the open door was welcome.
The Cenote was nice enough, deep cool water in a pretty setting. We didn’t really want to get wet before doing our activities, but we had no choice in the matter other than just sitting around. The. It was back to the office for zip lining.
They offered three ziplines, and it was run safely and efficiently. They allowed us to do the third and final zip line upside down, as they do in other similar operations.
Finally, it was time to go 4-wheeling. We were on the machines for less than 20 minutes, and they were the ugliest 4 wheelers I had ever seen, it they worked. The course was probably the most challenging of the 4 we have done, over some very rugged terrain with sections that were extremely wet and muddy. We raced through some fairly deep water and got really dirty. When passing through the water, the engines would generate steam and that did burn my daughter’s thighs a bit. Not bad, but enough to leave a welt.
Once done, we really needed a shower, and they brought us to a shower house, but there was no soap and not enough water pressure or enough shower heads to allow a dozen people to really clean up in the short time allotted, before being ushered to the restaurant to get some tacos and water. The pork tacos were excellent, and we paid five bucks for three extra tacos. If the 1 free pony bottle of water wasn’t enough, you could buy another larger bottle for a dollar.
Finally, it was time to look at pictures. These were very well done and a super efficient operation. Digital downloads of hundreds of pictures of our party were offered for $87, which is not too bad considering it was for four people.
We were put off a bit by the plea for tips, as our guide said they worked exclusively for tips because they were basically volunteers—that is very sad if true because this was a high volume operation and they sure brought in a ton of money, so they ought to pay their people a fair wage.

Had so much fun! The people are very friendly and funny. And they surprise you at the end, I would recommend it to anyone.
