I take no joy in writing a bad review because I know the staff works very hard but I want to be honest about our experience.
First and foremost, I would mention that the tour duration says 4 hours but if you are driving from Tulum that does not include the 2+ hour drive in both directions. We were picked up at 11 AM and dropped off after 7 PM. Not saying that should be a deal breaker but want people traveling from Tulum to be aware.
Cons:
Money grab: Immediately upon arriving they tried to up sell us. They did this with every group that arrived that had bought the package we bought. Felt very pushy and after we saw what we would have gotten it felt like a HUGE rip off for anyone who did select it.
Zip lines: the zip lines went around their enclosed park with nothing to look at. The lines were only ~20 feet off the ground and lasted at most 20 seconds each. Also we only did 3 zip lines not 5 (which is what is advertised in the title) and the up sell at the beginning included adding the other 2 zip lines. The zip lining was very boring.
ATV: the ATV ride is EXTREMELY dangerous. My boyfriend and I are both 26/27 year old athletic people and we both found the ride to be extremely uncomfortable and unenjoyable. There was no view and we couldn’t go over 10 mph due to jagged rocks everywhere. I’m very surprised no one flipped but a few people crashed and everyone was very shaken up afterword. I would never have considered this tour if I knew what the ATV situation was like. Very disappointing.
Cenote: when we arrived at the cenote they told us we had 30-40 minutes to enjoy it but then started rushing us to the bus after 15
Food: Food was bland/unsatisfying but not unexpected at one of these tours
Other: Require you to purchase a locker ($5 and $5 deposit which you get back) which was not expensive but if they don’t allow you to carry your stuff with you, locker should probably be included
Pros
Cenote: the cenote they took us to was beautiful and a lot of fun. There was a zip line you could ride into the cenote and two cliff jumps (one 20+ feet high!)
Guide: Rodrigo our tour guide was nice and enthusiastic

We had a very memorable experience with the ATV and swimming and zip lining. We came on the excursion for my daughter‘s birthday and they made us feel very special and even sang happy birthday to her while she did her last zip line. Berto was the best guide ever. He was fun and energetic. He was very attentive. We would definitely like to come back and have him as our tour guide again.

My wife and I bought this excursion and had a blast. Mary was our guide and from the ziplining, to the atv’s to the cenotes, she was awesome! This has been a big highlight to an unforgettable honeymoon trip. Thank you Mary

The Cenote jump was incredible! Fernando was our tour guide and he was also great. I wished we could have been at the cenote the whole day. the zip lining was fun, but it was very short. The ATVs were the downside to this. They’re all purposely stuck in second gear, they have no suspension left to them, and the track is horrible. The track is one strip with a loop at both ends, and all you do is go down and back one time. It was so bumpy that you cant go faster than around 15mph. The most disappointing factor for us was that we were not allowed to have our GoPro on us for any of the trip. I understand why, however it would have been nice to know before the trip that we couldn’t bring it. The photographer was excellent and we did get incredible pictures, but they were $70 and we did not know this ahead of time. The food was great! Lastly, we were told that water is provided, however it is $1 per bottle of water. you can get cups of filtered water from a pitcher, but it’s only available to you in between activities and there was quite a long line for the water. The cups given to you are around 6 ounces of water, which is why the line was so long.
Overall, I would most definitely return to the cenote jump, but don’t waste your money on the ATVs or the zip line. you can probably find a longer zip line somewhere else.

Our first trip to Cancun to celebrate my husbands birthday and our 25th Wedding Anniversary! We booked this excursion and Fernando was our guide. We had the best time. Fernando was not only educated about the tours highlights, but engaging the entire time. We can’t say enough about our experience and the whole team. Out of all the planned excursions we did, this was by far our favorite! On a scale of 1-10, this is a 20!! We will be back soon and will return to them for more adventures! Thanks sooo much guys – Dante & Carmen (Texas)
