We are a family of 6, our kids are 5, 11, 13, & 15 years old. We thought our 5 yr old wasn’t going to be able to do it all but to our surprise she did it all. The guides are amazing as well as the whole crew. We are a bit chicken but they calmed our fears and made sure we had fun. A bit worried on zipline for 5 yr old our kind guide Marlon ziplined with her for her and our comfort and peace. We all can’t express the fun and incredible experience we had, it truly was the best. From our transport to the excursion, the food, and overall it was amazing. Our Guide Marlon Borje was amazing speaking english and spanish so everyone understood he assisted us, explained all events and made sure we had an amazing experience. We will definitely will do it again.
They do try to sell you pictures since phones and camera (with excepcion of go pros) arent allowed in certain activities, (understandable safety, fun, and preventive measures) as well as try to sell more food items and request tips at end. But after all the work the photographers do ziplining with you and placing themselfs in harms way at times to take close to perfect pictures (more than 200 for us) that are either airdropped or imported to your phone, and the huge team that is with you in addition to an amazing guide, i personally think they deserve the purchases because the cost to the excursion doesn’t compensate the team enough for such an awesome experience. And we must understand Thats what everyone survives on in mexico and its all well worth it.
(Sorry about pictures tried to choose non-face ones)

We had so much fun on our adventure!! Our guide Eric was the best!! He’s super funny, professional and kept us on schedule.
The cenote was beautiful. The jump down is a little frightening, but once you convince yourself to do it, you’ll be glad you did.
This was my first time zip lining and the staff made me feel safe.
This was my also my first time ATVing. It was a little tricky for me at first but I got the hang of it after a couple of minutes. The road was super muddy and rocky(so fun!!) I got stuck on a rock in the beginning but the staff was close by and helped me immediately.
The tequila tasting with Diana was amazing. She was very informative and taught us a lot. Our server Ommos was great also. He was nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
All of the staff are pleasant and accommodating.
When in Cancun, you must book this adventure! You won’t regret it.

Me and my sister booked this tour last minute, the afternoon before. Everything went smooth with the pick up anyways even tho they had just a short notice. As always it can take a while til everyone is picked up from their hotels.
But as soon we we arrived at the location it was awesome it is beautiful and well maintained!
Our Tourguide Mary and her sister were the best! Couldn’t imagine having another tourguide. The highlight for us was definitely the ATV, wish it would have been a bit longer

Had a blast with Roy! The Tequila tasting was a pleasant surprise and a tease since we could not purchase any – no suitcase room and they do not ship.
The free lunch was very skimpy and the drinks were for purchase. The food was good but we had to pay for it. I caution visitors who eat there to know the conversion and check their bill. Several of the credit card bills had 3 to 5 dollars extra on the bill in pesos. Check your bill.
This kind of soured the trip. The zip line was a joke too but the pictures come out great. Make sure you take pics – their pics were also highway robbery.
But we had fun and the cenote zip line was a blast!
