We had so much fun on this excursion. Highly recommend this tour if you have time during your visit to the area. The ATVs part was great….just be prepared to get muddy out there so you can get the most out of this part of the tour. A tequila tasting was also included as part of the package and she also gave some lessons on the different types of tequilas. The drivers were very prompt and professional when picking us up from our resort. They speak both Spanish and English for those who have concerns. We loved our trip with this group since it was a smaller group that was participating in this tour. We will definitely look up this tour group when we return to see what other options they provide. I almost forgot, they also serve you tacos on this tour and they were part of the package. You can also purchase other food and drink items during this meal. Tacos were really good and salsa was muy picante!

Pos: We had an extremely good time. I highly recommend this experience, especially with Mary as host; she is absolutely the best and made us want to come again!!!! (she deservese all the Tips + a raise!)
Pos: The tequila tasting was very informative, tasteful and fun, Diana did a great job explaining everything + she’s a sweetheart too!!
Neg: The pictures were really expensive and not all were of great quality + we received several times the same pictures instead of different ones :/
Overall, great experience and beautiful memories.

Would have been a nice experience. Except for the fact the I accidentally booked this twice, and only received a partial refund. paid for 2 experiences and only received one. They only issued an $80 refund when I paid $110 for the service. I am not happy, and very disappointed. took away from the whole experience.

Amazing experience overall! Keep in mind that its Mexico, so there are a few little nuances that are quirky or different. But WOW.. the staff was incredibly friendly and accomidating. ***ERIC*** our tour guide and Hebram (spelling?) the photographer were so freaking cool and friendly, I felt like they really went ouf the way to make us feel welcome, and made sure everyone had a good time. I also liked how they politely told the group that they would hurry along guests who were lagging unnecessarily so that we could have plenty of time to do the activities that we paid for. I was shocked to hear some reviews where people complained about not having enough time in each activity?
The ATVs were AWESOME, a little beat up but ran well, and my wife and I could barely use our hands we got so much action – super fun! Be aware, if it rains before your excrusion (like it did for us), you will be going through some mud, and shouldn’t wear your nicest shoes etc.
The zip lines are lower than some of the “world class” ziplines in places like New Zeland or Costa Rica, but you get the same thrill and adventure, and for a package deal we were very happy. Yes, they move you through the course quickly, but we still spent about 45 min on this activity.
Finally, the CENOTE was sooooo amazing. Great Cenote, and I believe that we had exclusive access. IT has a LEGIT zipline over it, a 10 foot jumping platform, and a 20 foot platform for the harcores. This was so fun, and ANY amount of time would have left you wanting more. Nonethless, we stayed for 45 min – 1 hour here, and got tons of fun and pictures in.
The meal was basic, yes – but very tastey and enough to hold us over until we got back to our resort.
I wish we had brought some more cash, because the $70 picture package was actually a good deal. Hebram got some of the most amazing action shots, and you get well over 100 digital pictures for the price. Something to strongly consider, I felt bad that we had to say no beause we didn’t bring extra.
Yes, they do give you opportunites to spend extra money on various items – they walk you through a “shop” of incidentals (waterproof cases, water shoes, etc), they do a “tequilla tasting” that is really a pitch to sell you overpriced alcohol (this was actually fun, and added to the overall experience, even though we don’t drink), and they offer you photo packages – BUT AT NOT TIME DO THEY USE ANY HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS. We didn’t buy anything at all, and nobody made us feel uncomfortable.
I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED TO SEE PEOPLE LEAVE ***NOTHING*** TO THESE HARDWORKING INDIVIUDAL FOR A TIP – PLEASE OPEN UP YOUR HEARTS AND LEAVE AT LEAST $5-10 FOR THE FOUR HOURS OF HARD WORK AND HOSPITALITY. I got to know several of the workers, and they are struggling to pay bills in a 3rd world country, making $5 per hour. Ask them where they themselves have traveled or taken thier families? 99% will say nowhere, they grew up and worked in the same place.
THANK YOU ERIC AND ENTIRE STAFF FOR THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR VACATION!!! SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!!!
