Overall I would recommend this tour. The shuttle driver was great picked up at the exact time stated. We only had two other stops to pick up the groups. Upon arrival the we waited to receive instructions and be split into groups. The arrival was a little unorganized as we go no instructions on what needed to be done, we were just waiting around trying to figure what wee needed to do. Eventually we received instructions about the day. Once in groups we started the tour with a tequila tasting. I will say they were cautious on the sample size just a small sip to try it. The speaker was knowledgeable but depending on the group your in you may not get to hear the information. My group has some very loud individuals that talked throughout the presentation. The Cenote swim was fun. The instructors did focus on safety recommending do not jump or zip line in the water if you’re not comfortable with it. The time was SHORT at the water but good. The zip line was okay as an activity. The lines are simple not as intense as some of my other experiences. The ATV was fun just hitting the mud holes (you will get muddy). As the reviews I read before the tour which were helpful, if there are people in your group that can’t drive and always getting stuck it slows everything down and lessens the amount of fun. I would recommend they get some new tires for the ATVs b/c part of the reason people were getting stuck including the staff is due to the tires being slick , no tread. Of course we had poor drivers in the group.
After the events, you will get two tacos and water which was great but if your hungry, you will want more. They attempt to sell you photos since it’s best not to have your phone during some of the tour. I think you can have your phone during the Cenote but avoid it for the other events. The picture deal is buy all or nothing. Individual pictures are so high priced that you might as well buy all of them if your prefer.
For the price of this tour it’s worth the value. It’s pretty much what I expected and I would do it again! Great job to Henry as our guide!

The Tequila tasting and the ATV was the highlight of the tour. Juan was a wonderful, attentive, and charismatic.

Worth every moment. Words can’t express how much fun we had. From the moment we arrived until we left the team made sure it was hype! If you’re riding the atv, wear all black or clothes and water shoes or shoes you don’t mind getting ruined. My son was basically spotless, as were many others. I was covered in mud from head to toe! They offer an option to purchase photos at the end. At first I thought, I’ll pass but once I saw the photos, I couldn’t pass them up. Smile for the camera, jump into the cenote and have fun making the best (and probably the muddiest) memories you’ll ever make. I’d do it again and again! Highly recommended! Thanks Diego! Oh yeah, the Tequila testing was amaaaaazing!

This was our first time there and we loved it . We also did the snorkeling and also enjoyed that. Juan Fra was our guide for that was very attentive . Diego also did an excellent job being our guide with the rest of the activities. Loved the fact they did the tequila tasting and gave us some tacos after all of the fun !! I definitely will return

The ATV was fun, the Cenote was fun, so was zip lining but the food was supposed to be included, it wasn’t and it was down right repugnant , the pictures were $40 which weren’t all that great , included no videos , lots of free shots , tour guide was a little pushy & the photographer didn’t even get me jumping from the huge cliff! Overall had fun tho.
