It was a good tour overall. It was fun to do all 3 activities. However I would say that the cenote part felt a bit rushed. The AC on the roof on the bus back to the hotel was leaking so that was annoying, asides from that the driver was delightful.

Amazing Absolutely amazing. If you pick this package ask for Gabrielle she was A GREAT HOST. They will also capture amazing picture of you at each activate. I want with a group of 12 each person i was with said they we’ll be back. The lunch was authentic Mexican food. The ice coffee was great. The zip lining was 3 courses and perfect for first timers. The cenote swim was beautiful you will not be disappointed.

I normally do not leave reviews but this one exceeded my expectation. For one let’s talk about the price… You get a lot for only $55. Mary was our tour guide and she was amazing we also met some dope people that will be family forever now. This was a surprise trip for my husband and the first thing he wanted to do was ATV.. He smiled the whole time… The workers are helpful and so much fun!! Oh and do not let me forget about Angel he was hilarious! We are planning on bringing our kids back and we will definitely book again with them.

The van picked us up from our hotel on time and drove us 2000 mph to the jungle where the excursion would occur. We were greeted by a very pleasant staff who was doing check in. I forgot his name, but he had us laughing the whole time. The jungle has a bar, taco stand, swim shoes, and other things you may need which was a plus.
We went to the cenote first. I was very underwhelmed as It looked more like a swap. It had piranhas Swimming in it as well. The water was cool and dirty. We stayed for about 20 minutes and headed to our second stop which was zip lining. It has a 260 pound weight limit and the rude instructor had no problem singling people out and telling them. There were about 5 zip lines and they make you go down the first one upside down.
The next stop was the atvs which were a bit dated. I wouldn’t recommend a beginner to ride alone as the ride is extremely bumpy and filled with pot holes. I got burned by the exhaust and had mud EVERYWHERE. Be sure to wear clothes that you don’t mind throwing away afterwards. overall the ATVS were fun.
Next, you are taken To a restaurant. I’m uncertain of how the food tastes because after I saw how it looked I was not interested in eating it. I was so upset I did not get tacos from the stand.
Lastly you are taken To the back for a tequila tasting and a sales pitch. The prices for the bottles ranged from $50 to over $100.
Overall the experience was ok. Some of the staff were cool while others could use some customer service training.
Our van driver had a tip cup in his car in which we placed a tip in upon drop off. We were told the next day that he got back on the van complaining because he thought we had not tipped him, only for our friends on the bus to tell him that it was left In his cup. I understand that many people depend on their tips, but they should understand that they should not be discussing customers with other customers. That was tacky to me.

The activities were fun and full of adrenaline. Team leader Diego was awesome.
But…. a four hour excursion turned into 7 hours. Expect to sit around doing nothing a lot along with the company trying to sell you things.
