The tour was awesome. The staff is so friendly and willing to go above and beyond! The car ride was a bit longer than expected but SO worth it. Definitely do this!! Thank you!

Be prepared to be there all day, and have to wait for other groups to finish (Even if you ended early).

I grew up riding ATVs, the path is NO JOKE. Beginners be careful and be safe. Definitely bring a towel and bring your phone to the cenote. The picture package is SO worth it.

The drive to Extreme Adventures was pretty extreme, but that is just the Cancun traffic I suppose. When we arrived we were ushered into a holding area and encouraged to purchase some mosquito repellent, which was unnecessary. We were then sorted into groups with a specific tour guide. Ours was Alexis. He was very kind and prepared to answer our questions. First stop for us was the Cenote. We were able to jump into the cenote using a zip line type of apparatus or you can walk into the cenote using stairs. This lasts about 30 minutes and then it is zip line time. This was fun, as I have never zip lined before. There were three actual zip lines, which was plenty, and the guy taking pictures captured my family beautifully. Seriously, you cannot take your own picture zip lining, allow the professional to take the picture. After the zip line was the ATV tour through the jungle. If you have never drove an ATV, this may not be for you. They are not going to give you a lesson on how to do so. If you have driven an ATV, this is an awesome adventure. Lots of bumps, lots of dirt, lots of trees and lots of fun. Again, if you have never experienced an ATV, this may not be your jam. The tequila tasting is informative and if you are a nerd like me and love all things on “how its made” you will totally enjoy this..along with the pay off of drinking tequila. Lastly, this is an adventure designed for tourists to spend money. If you aren’t happy with the request to purchase tequila after the tasting..don’t buy any. If you do not like the pricing on the pictures that they have taken, don’t buy any. Overall, the experience for my family was amazing. We will talk about our first time on a zip line for many years to come, we will laugh about the bumps we went over in the ATV for many years to come. This was an awesome adventure that checked off a few items on the bucket list.

This is a must when you come to Cancun! I was a little worried as we had my 5 year old with us so we had already planned that mom or dad would sit out on an event. But we didn’t have to! She did the zipline ALL BY HERSELF! The cenote was so awesome! The atv was bumpy and the brakes were a little rough, but they take it nice and slow so everyone can keep up. Miguel was our guide and he was just a really cool dude all around and enhanced the experience. The tequila tasting was an added surprise. They explain how its made and how to tell the difference between high and low quality. It was so good, we ended up buying two bottles. Our transport driver was on time for pick up and drop off and the bus was clean and sanitized. I would HIGHLY recommend this excursion. You cant beat the price! Make sure to book ahead.
