Eric our guide was a lot of fun! Very entertaining and fun day! Tacos were good! Tequila was even better. Only wish there was more. A fun day for teenagers and young adults.

  2. Nad K

I attended this place in 2021. The location was dirty and did not follow Covid procedures. I was forced into a small harness and accused of being grossly overweight. In addition, I made several requests not to continue due to the harness and was forced to continue with the zipline.

I was harassed for refusing to drink tequila, when juice was available. I am not a fan of tequila. I was also denied medical assistance over issues with my arm when a supervisor crashed his ATV into mine.

This matter has not been resolved. The parties involved should be fired and charged. I have not been given compensation or damages over this fiasco.

  3. RoseRami

Our tour guide, Marlon, was great! The activities and tequila tastings were delicious.. But, they were late to pick us up (should probably provide a time frame instead as we tried calling and thought we might not get picked up) but the worst thing was feeling stranded there. About an hour away from Playa Mujeres and the Tour lasted 8 hours total since there was a lot of waiting time where we were practically cornered to buy other things… Twice the time we were expecting to stay. It was still a good time, just keep this in mind when you book.

  4. Amanda H

The crew was kind and hardworking and efficient. Our tour guide Eric was amazing! First, we did the zip lines but started off easy which was perfect and then went on the ATVs. After, we went to the cenote and then had some yummy tacos. We also had tequila tasting which was great. The only thing I would say to watch out for is scammers. We were told that we were required to buy goggles for 10$ but were charged 20$ and they were not even needed. Otherwise, I would recommend this event.

  5. Rosa M

ATV trail was very short and not like what is advertised. There is no mud and many of the ATVs don’t work properly. Our group had to separate when one of the ATVs broke. The cenote is really nice but very short time given. A lot of time is spent during separation of group and tequila testing. Lunch is more like a snack (only 2 tacos). Water is not provided as included.
