This experience was unfortunate. We were picked up on time and arrived at 12:15pm, after picking up other people from other hotels which was fine. We were forced to wait outside in the heat without water or food for almost two hours after checking in. When we asked for water and to sit in the shade, we were told that we had to wait in line. Ultimately, we stood in line for the first two hours of the excursion suffering from dehydration. Then two groups that arrived after us were attended to first and were able to begin their excursions before us. There was no communication about what was going on while we waited and the expectations weren’t made clear. No directions were provided for how to use ATVS, and there were first time drivers in our group, who were terrified. The tour guide just drove off and expected the group members to follow. We spent more time waiting than actually doing the excursions. We weren’t able to do our first excursion until after 2 hours, and weren’t able to eat until almost 6 PM. When we finally were able to sit down and eat, it was time to leave. Lastly, considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic, no precautions were taken or administered regarding masks and the equipment like helmets and gloves weren’t sanitized between groups.
The activities were great and the staff was very friendly, especially Victor who was friendly, informative and very attentive. In the future, there should be a better system put in place to make this a more enjoyable experience.

Worst kind of experience with this company, I booked this tour stating my location, and it specifically said they offered transportation, after I reserved which was from one day to the other, they called me saying they don’t offer pick up at my location, and if I was interested in being picked up I needed to pay an extra $130 usd, if not they would refund 70% of the money, for a tour I didn’t take, and a tour that THEY CANCELLED … this people are very irresponsable…. money for everything!!

When they say ATV tour what they really mean is they will take you up a road then back down it, then up it and back down then you’re done. This place is great if you want to experience things for the first time, Ziplines and ATV. The Cenote swim was only 20 minutes long and that includes the time they gave you to change. That being said the guides were great! The lunch they give you is also just 2 little tacos each, if you want more food you have to pay. I think the longest amount of time we got to do something on this trip was the 30 minutes we sat and listened to them sell tequila.

What a blast! Mary was our guide and she was the best! She explained everything very well. Safety was her biggest concern but always looked for opportunities to blast in fun! She took time to learn everyone’s names and made us feel safe!
My 16 year old daughter had never zip lined so she loved it- they even encouraged us to go upside down!!! She loved that- some of the rest of us passed 🙂 I was surprised with how much fun the ATVing was… bumps, mud, drifting, the jungle… I couldn’t stop smiling!
Next was the tequila tasting. Nice way to wind down from the adventures and taste some delicious Mexican tequila. He was funny and silly- you could buy some bottles if you would like- 100% agave azul!!!
Then we went back to the lockers to change and get ready for the cenote. A short drive and we were there! You can either zip line, take the stairs or cliff jump into the fresh water (or do all three)… plenty of time. The water was refreshing and absolutely beautiful!
At the end was the lunch with tacos- which was the only horrible part. They were dry with a spoonful of mystery meat in a soft shell. People around us purchased the nachos or other items and it looked much better, wish we would have just done that. They has some cultural music and dancers for entertainment which was fun.
Details : locker was $10 ($5 refundable at the end, which we tipped her with). I knew we were going to get the pics so I told the photographer ahead of time and he was sure to get some really great candid shots of us. Loved them-$60 for all of them. You can take your camera/phone to the cenote but not zip lining or ATV so bring your waterproof case. I forgot mine at the hotel, but they has some items there for purchase if you needed. Water bottles were $1 which we were happy for because it was very hot. We went to the earlier time slot- really good idea because it got so hot later in the day.
I would do this again and ask for Mary!

This experience was amazing for my family and I, and was definitely a highlight of our trip to Cancun! Mary and her team made the entire experience incredible and so much fun! Mary was super attentive, ensured we all were having a good time, and really connected with us. You get to do so much in just a few hours and it was hands down a wonderful excursion- definitely recommend!
