Wow – this tour was so much fun!!! For the price, we couldn’t believe everything that it included!!!! 30 minutes at a beautiful cenote, 30 minutes ziplining, and what seemed like more than 30 minutes ATV riding through the back jungle roads! The guides made us feel super safe on the zipline portion!
We also enjoyed the tequila tasting more than expected – the tequila (pure blue agave) was very high quality and delicious!!
The only disappointment – our driver was confused finding some of the location pick-ups on the way to the tour AND, most of all – when we left – there really was mass confusion about where our driver was – not sure where our tour guide went. The tour was only supposed to be 5 hours door to door – and I was expecting that our driver would be waiting for us at end of tour – but we had to wait atleast 45 minutes! This was highly frustrating – and the tour – door to door ended up taking 7 hours instead of 5. These guys need to make the pickup way way smoother – but the tour itself was excellent.

First we spent an hour in a van with 6 other people with NO AIR, it was so hot that I felt like I would throw up! Let’s not forget to mention that on our way home the same Van had NO AIR but now the breaks were grinding so badly that when we got out the van and he drove off we seen sparks under the van! I pray the other women made it safely back to their hotel! Now the excursion…We arrive and of course it upsell university! They sit us in this eating area for an hour, where the food and drinks cost because the snack included with your ticket is at the END of this dragged out 6 hours! After an hour your names are yelled out and you’re told to HURRY UP and find your tour guide! Then you sit for another 45 mins by the lockers that of course cost money, then at the end they want to keep your deposit for a TIP, UMMM A TIP FOR WHAT I did tip only because I’m in the service industry but the pressure to tip is gross! So now it’s time for the ATV, it was literally a circle with dust and lasted 20 minutes, it was so boring I almost fell asleep on my husband’s back as he drove! So ok ATVS are over we go back to the locker area and wait another 30 mins until we go to the CENTOTE , I was excited for this but it was a let down we we’re there for 18mins yes I timed it!! So now we’ve been at this place since 1230 its now 4:15 and we’re going to the zip lines I didnt even do the ziplines I was sooooo ready to go, like I wish they had lyft in Mexico I would of gladly paid! My husband did the ziplines it lasted 15 minutes! So I’m excited yay it’s time to leave, ahhh nope they sit you at another eating spot and give you 2 toddler tacos and offer you more food to buy, we sat here for 1hr 30 minutes!! Why? Where is the hot van with no air and brakes that could of killed us? I’m ready to leave! We get back to our hotel at 8pm! This was the longest, most boring thing I’ve ever done in my life! I can’t say enough about what a huge waste of time and money this excursion was for my husband and I! It can be improved by not wasting 6 hours of my life on an excursion that literally had 1 hour worth of actual activities! The best part was the Tequila tasting which they squeeze in because they overbook so badly they have to do something to k keep the flow of people”satisfied”…so to the Tequila girl” Coochie Coochie Coochie” you were the highlight! Ask for a RAISE

This is definitely worth it lol. I know Mexico is all about making money off of their tourists but here it is definitely worth it lol. I dropped like an extra $140 here on top of what I paid through Viator and I did not mind at all lol. It was so much fun. I don’t mind supporting places like this establishment! You can tell they’re for their community with all of the younger people they employ.
I upgraded my package to their highest one which was an extra $70, it came with a lobster dinner which lol I was the only one in my party that paid for it lol so I was seated at a table alone *main character vibes lol jk. A private cenote swim & unlimited drinks & tacos. Definitely worth it to me. I paid $50 for pictures which were amazing.
The ATVING part lol was my favorite lol I came home with a burn which lol was worth it lol. Definitely do this. Luis our guide for the first half is so sweet the whole team really did their thing. Aldo from the second half of the tour also did amazing! It was great! DO THIS TOUR!
