We had an awesome time on this excursion. We were in Mexico to celebrate my sons 12th birthday and he had a ball. My only complaint is that the excursion was suppose to be from 8am-12pm (approx) but we weren’t picked up till 9am and we didn’t get back to the hotel until almost 3pm. In addition…we didn’t get water until we were about to leave. I asked MULTIPLE times for water as my kids were thirsty and I was told it was coming multiple times. But they did do a tequila tasting in the middle of the excursion. Not sure that was the best idea since we were in the middle of the jungle and there was no water provided.
The center swimming was a HIT and the photos came out excellent

The staff are awesome, great service! The ATV experience seemed short and there were only 3 ziplines… but, the tacos were amazing and it was just enough. Great experience! Be ready to buy your photos, as you cannot take your own. Terrific price for the service and ability to try out several things.

We really enjoyed this excursion. We selected the 8am tour and was picked up at our resort btween 8:25 – 8:30. We didn’t get back to the resort until almost 3pm so keep that in mind. They pack the van so don’t expect any social distancing in the transportation, but everyone is required to wear their mask. Once at the facility (about 40 minute ride from Cancun Hotel zone) they have a reception area and bathroom for all the tour groups. Couple things to note: You are in the JUNGLE! Bring bug repellent. If you don’t have any, you can purchase some there. Also, your shoes will likely get muddy. You should plan to bring water shoes that you can wear during the entire excursion. They also have water shoes for purchase. You are not able to take your camera on the zipline or ATV. They do provide locker ($5 to rent plus a $5 refundable deposit) and there are changing areas if you need them. After every activity you meet back at the reception area so don’t feel like you need to take everything with you. The ziplines weren’t difficult but made for great pictures (which you’ll have to buy). The ATV was super bumpy and only about 20-25 minutes. I recommended you do single rides instead of double since it is so bumpy. The cenote was the best part. I wish we could spend more time there. At the end they gave us tacos (3) total and also threw in a tequila tasting which was informative and tasty! Given the price, I’m happy with what was offered. And I mentioned this, but plan to pay for your photos!

Diego was a great guide! My bae and I had a blast zip lining. Tequila tasting. And so much more. Thank you!

In a search to do as much as possible in limited time this experience accomplished JUST that. I opted not to go zip lining, but from my observation, the lines weren’t too extreme at all. The ATV riding is muddy and it’s virtually impossible not to get dirty. It’s also VERY bumpy on the guide course. There’s really no way around it. The Cenote is secluded, and the water is COLD. Be prepared for it. Few things to keep in mind. 1. No phone allowed until you go to the Cenote. Pictures are almost exclusively going to be from staff, which you have to purchase. 2. You’re required to purchase a locker, you can’t bring anything with you on the activities. 3. You’re in a jungle. No cell service, it’s hot and there’s mosquitos. Plan accordingly. While the time for the activity is correct, plan accordingly for the ride to/from the site. It’s about an hour each way. We also had a tequila tasting. I definitely think the price i paid was worthwhile.
