I highly recommend doing these activities it was my first time for everything but the staff was great and helpful and plus I am a fast learner lol…the tequila tasting was great very very smooth tequila….GREAT memorable times 😎💪🏾😊

  2. Evelyn N

Such a great place. They do a great job easing the fears of first time zipliners. Tequila tasting was an added bonus! Alberto and Angel were the icing on the cake. Definitely check this place out.

The claims that First Aid is provided is a complete lie. I also took this excursion in October and found that no medical treatment was offered. There is no paramedic or doctor on the premises.

There is a shortage of belts for women and they did not have one small enough for me. I requested not going since it would be loose and they insisted I had to go. There are stops along way and opportunities to walk back, but the harassing staff refuses to let anyone get out of line. The zipline is dirty, short, unsafe, and unpleasant. There is no view and the staff members require people to smile for pictures or turn upside down.

The ziplines are short and it only takes a few seconds to get from one side to the other. There are posts behind the short landing area that makes it dangerous. This place should be shut down. There is no refrigeration. Also, they charge for lockers which they at first said were free. I don’t know about fine print but never saw it on the forms I printed out, so it is misleading to make this claim. I don’t know about pushing merchandise as I did not see it.

They did push for food purchases and expensive insurance on top of what was paid. And they pushed for expensive photographs. The ATV area was muddy and mine was dirty. The seat fell off. I essentially stopped it and walked back. Since I am not a driver, I did not appreciate being required to do this. There is no safety check or screening for ATV drivers.

If license/training is required, then this activity should be banned for non-drivers. Also, there was no demo or training. It is dangerous to be a passenger and supposed to be one person per ATV and some had two or three people. I cannot drive due to plantar fascitiis in my right ankle and had to stop last year.

The ATVs were not sanitised. The road was full of mud, potholes, rocks, and branches. It is dangerous and should be banned. I have gone quadding as a passenger in Canada and US, never encountered these problems. Roads were smooth.

Nobody would be allowed to use that mutthole for an ATV area. The tequila did not come with food and there were no mixers as I do not like tequila and wanted something else such as pop or beer, but it was not offered. Staff made me and others wait an extra hour. I noticed people with twisted ankles not being offered medical treatment.

When I asked why, the staff claimed they were not available or on premises. Also, female staff wear very inappropriate outfits for this kind of work environment. It is appropriate to wear jean cut-offs in a night club, not at work. And bras are usually required. Their hair was swinging around on the zipline. Staff do not listen and are dirty. This place should be banned and closed.

Diego was a great guide. Quads are a little rough. Cenotes were great and the zip line is short, but fun. My family of 4 had a great time. Gave kids juice during Tequila tasting, which was very interesting. Get the pictures to remember it all. Be sure they take plenty too.
