Activity’s were nice. If u have teenagers or someone who has never done any of these activity’s before then this one is for you. Even though they say EXTREME it is not. Everything here in my opinion is safe and made for the entire family. The guides did great.

This excursion is longgggg we were picked up at 12:15, didn’t arrive there until 2:00. Once there, there were a ton of people sitting at tables, we got wristbands and were told to sit down. They tried to sell us headbands and souvenirs and shoes. Would’ve been nice to have some direction on how long we were going to sit there for and what the plan was, nobody around us seemed to know what was going on either. After about 45 min, they started dividing people into groups. After that it was pretty smooth sailing. The cenote was awesome! Super pretty. Carlos, our tour guide, gave a lot of interesting history behind the cenote! We were there for about 30min. Then went to the zip lines, for those who have zip lined before, these aren’t anything crazy, beginner zip lines, but still fun! Then the ATVS. The atvs were great! If you’ve driven one before, pick one in the front, otherwise you’re going to get stuck going slow behind someone who doesn’t know how to drive. I think all of our activities were about 30 min each. After all the activities were finished, they had a tequila tasting planned for us. The tequila was good but it turned out to be yet another sales pitch for expensive tequila bottles. After that, we got our stuff, sat down at the restaurant and had our 2 included tacos. Everyone who was in our van was ready to go but we waiting about an hour for the van driver. Didn’t get back to our hotel til 7:30. 12:15-7:30 for the whole day, all in all it was fun, but a lot of time felt like it was wasted.

I booked a tour through Viator. They said to be in the lobby by 7:40-7:45. I was there at 7:35am. By 7:55 I called to ask where they were. They told me that I “no showed”. We were there watching the front drive like a hawk and no one came. The valet man from the hotel also confirmed no one came, as it was dead so we couldn’t miss someone. When I called Viator and spoke to Veronica she kept telling me I “no showed”. The hotel employee even spoke to her to confirm this. What might of happened is they went to the hotel next door but I had clearly said TRS was my hotel. They continued to basically call me a liar and not help me in any way. Don’t book with them. Terrible customer service and you’ll be lucky if they even show.

I was there on January 5, 2020. I had the best experience ever Carlos our tour guide followed all the COVID protocols. And he was knowledgeable about everything. One thing I did not expect was we got to taste 8 different tequilas with history on how they were made and how to identify fake tequilas on the market and we also had a history on where chewing gums came from. These guys are super organized. I will definitely go back and recommend this to anyone.

This was an excellent tour, our tour guide Rhino was fun and entertaining. From the cenote jump/swim, zipline, and best of all the ATV jungle drive. Safety was a priority while we had fun. Highly recommended. Paid $15 for the park and about $40 for over 60 professional pictures if you want it. It’s worth every dime.
