My wife and I purchased this 3-part adventure tour the morning of the tour and it was nice to be able to get in. I called the phone number listed and all of my questions were answered clearly and concisely in beautiful American English even though I speak Spanish. But… it really helps if you also know which questions to ask, lol.
We were picked up in Cancun by the tour company’s van exactly when promised. Very cool. The next people on the route said the driver was 10 minutes late. The final group to get in the van were a trio of teenagers in Puerto Morelos, and they were too happy to care when they were picked up. That brought up the mood in a nice way.
All in all, it took 1:25 to reach the adventure park. THAT was the question I neglected to ask. The park is 20 KM west of Puerto Morelos. NOT close to Cancun.
Reno, our chief guide for the tour, was great! Competent and friendly and confident. BUT, there were only three zip-lines, not five as advertised. Fun but pretty short and tame. The ATV’s were fun too, but again, slow going and mostly for beginners.
The cenote swim was a blast! Cool clear water with a staircase, a dock, a zip-line drop and a couple of cliff jumps if you preferred. Life vests were provided but not required. Best part of the day for me! We were also lucky enough to have the cenote just to our little tour group, even though it is open to the public.
Then the closing spiel by Reno back at camp and the two tacos with water as promised. Delicious! Beer, soft drinks and Jose Cuervo (ugh) provided for reasonable fees.
The return trip took exactly one hour.
Total time of the tour: 3:30.
Total travel time: 2:25.
Don’t forget to tip, everyone!

Overall the trip was good and a good value. The zip lining portion was our favorite and the staff ensured everyone was safe and secure. The ATVs ride was also fun but a bit on the short side and the vehicles could have been better maintained. We thought the Cenote swimming could have been excluded and was kind of a waste. We all had to enter vans and drive for another 10 minutes just to get there and it only seemed like an opportunity or the staff photographer to take more pictures for the very expensive photo package that they attempt to sell you. Do not eat the taco lunch. My wife saw the food brought in 5 gallon buckets with flies all over it. It sat outside in the buckets while the entire excursion took place before they tried to serve us. Luckily my wife warned everyone there what she had seen. If I was only rating the zip line and ATVs portion it would be a 5. However the Cenote and lunch portions along with the price of the photo package bring it to a 3.5 in my mind but I am giving this a 4.

First off everything went smooth with the booking and pickup, but the issue started when three of ladies in our group were injured on the ATV’s in our group (one being my wife). During the ATV ride, the course guide took us into the deeper forest than most tours and that was ok, the problem was there was a part were there was a sharp corner that had a heavy log sticking out, which caught all the people that whom were riding two to an ATV (the passenger)’s foot and either scratched or twisted their left foot. This is where the problem began. My wife speaking Spanish told the course guide she was injured and he didn’t seemed to care and wanted to keep going. I refused to go until someone stopped and checked her out. I’m not a doctor but the first thing you do to a possible injured leg is to twist it like a bottle cap. She was in pain (still is). He told us it’s ok and he will check it further back at home base. When we got back, three of the employees (that seemed to have zero medical training) looked at a box of medical supplies and made the decision to put cream on it. My wife advise them ice would probably be the better route. Which they did. After that, nothing. They didn’t check up on her, help her walk or anything. In fact their main concern was telling us to give us good reviews and if we were going to put something negative, not to give one. To further the issue, when the employee’s when for the big “buy our photos” sales pitch, we told them “no”. Once they got a little more pushy, we not only told them “no”, but also that we planned on giving a bad review. At that point, the employee decided to say it was my wife’s fault she got injured and it is a jungle. My wife reminded the employee that three people got injured. He walked away.
Anyways, thought you should know.

Everything was amazing! Zipline was nice, ATV was awesome, the cenote was amazing, everything! And the funny, knowledgeable, and sexy Reno was the best guide ever!!!

The Pickup was punctual, the lunch was very delicious and they offered refreshments between the activities. There were 6 Ziplines and it was fun, but don‘t expect to have a great view. The ATV Tour was super cool and didn‘t feel to be to short or something. The ATV was the highlight of this trip for me! The Water in the Cenote was green and didn‘t look healthy to enter. I have swam in a lot of lakes in my life and most haven‘t had super clean water, but I rather passed on this one. Maybe just some kind of seasonal thing and maybe there were no health risks at entering the Cenote to be honest. You weren‘t allowed to use a GoPro on the activities and they took unspectacular photos of you you could later buy but they were totally overprized.
Overall I can recommend this trip, it will probably not be your most favorite Cancun experience, but still a fun way to spend your day!
