The seven of us enjoyed exploring the Jungle this way. We did have trouble getting picked up because of a mix up on which lobby we were at, but they got us private transportation and tried to offer us other extras to make up for it. We wore our swimming suits under our clothes and that worked well. First was Zip Lines which were short lines but still fun. There was one part that was a web you hung on to and that was challenging. Our guides made sure we were safe and were very friendly. Then we did the ATV’s. That was dusty and also challenging, but we each had our own and had a good time. Then we walked to the Cenotes. We have been to more beautiful cenotes than this one, but again the guides were friendly and made our visit fun. A couple of us did do the Zip-line into the water and we enjoyed that. The food they offered us at the end was also very good. We did buy our pictures, but they were just of us on the zip-lines. We do not know if they lost the ones of us doing the other activities or if they even took any. We were kinda disappointed in that. They also have a box for tips at the end rather tipping each person who helps you. That was nice too.
We all concluded that we were glad we did this, but it was probably a one time thing.

We stayed at the Royal Sands in Cancun for 10 days and did this tour. My husband and our 2 adult sons. They had a blast!! They did the horse back riding, ATV zip line and the Xenotes at Puerto Morelos!! Fernando our tour guide was amazing responsible and courteous!!! We highly recommend this tour!!
Gracias Fernando por todo tu apoyo y tu profesionalismo en hacer este tour lo Máximo divertido!!!!

This adventure was so awesome, people were attentive and the food was great. My boys loved it specially jumping into the Cenote.
I wish there was one person managing the group as we had to wait for the pick up after we finished and it wasn’t until we asked for it that they called our van.
No big deal to me.

Great experience. Everyone was cool and the photographer was on point! I forgot the names of the led our tour, but they were awesome. There was one exception. The driver that picked us up and dropped us off didn’t say anything. This was ok until on the way home, he arbitrarily stopped the van at a grocery store. We didn’t know why or what was going on. After sitting in silence for about 5 – 10 mins I asked what was going on and he said we were waiting on another group to ride with us. After about 45 minutes we started to move (no one was picked up) and we stopped again on the side of the road. Again, the driver didn’t say anything to us. He got out of the van without saying a word. We could then see he was picking up some other people that were being transferred from another vehicle. It was weird that he didn’t gives us a heads up or let us know what was going. I think he was kinda young and didn’t speak English very well. I would just recommend he offer courtesies and info when unexpected changes are happening.

Our experience with this tour was extremely fun. By the end of the tour we were super tired and ready to lay in bed! Although the tour was great there were a few things that can be improved. To start, the free water provided was NOT kept chilled and it was very hard to drink warm water throughout the tour when we were constantly active and in the sun. Lockers are free but they keep a deposit incase you lose the key. I reccommend bringing your own scarf/bandana to cover your face for the ATV or you’ll end up spending $10usd for fabric they sell. The vehicle that picks you up/drops you off has AC, but the vehicle that took us from the main area to the cenote did not and had 0 windows!! When we asked the tour guide to open the windows she joked around and did nothing to help us. There was atleast 8 people in the van and we couldn’t breathe from how hot it was. Lastly, they provide the free snack (2 tacos) at the end of the tour so I reccommend to eat beforehand or you will be hungry. They serve pork, tuna, or plain cabbage. The tacos were really good but for such a long tour I think 3-4 should be provided. Overall we had a great time and would consider doing other tours with this company!
